Link-Asia Smart Technology (Suzhou) Co Ltd, an SIP-based “l(fā)ittle giant” which provides advanced intelligent equipment and comprehensive solutions for tire manufacturers, received the permit for building the pile foundation of its headquarters on Nov 8.

The project, with a total investment of RMB180 million, will be adjacent to Jinhai Road and Dongfang Avenue in SIP, covering a land area of 20 mu (more than 13,000 square meters). It will consist of an office building and a manufacturing building with a total floor area of 42,000 square meters.

Thanks to the efficient services of related authorities, the company received the permit eight workdays after the signing of the land use right transfer contract. The project is expected to be completed in November 2026.
