SIP Financial Audit Office (SIPFAO), Suzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants (SICPA) and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Dec 3 to deepen cooperation in the field of accounting.

The MOU was signed at the 18th Meeting of the Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council held in Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province. Under the MOU, the three parties will enhance exchanges and collaboration in accountant cultivation and expansion of accounting services, and join efforts to promote development of accounting industry.
